Whether we like it or not (and I often don’t) Google are the big boys in traffic town and with Google Plus they are getting bigger. While I am not in love with most of the updates they have done in the last 18 months, especially the one this weekend, they did one good thing.

You can link your name to your G+ account and have your image appear when your item is displayed in the search results. This is actually huge for click through rates, if the top two results have no face and the third one does, well people are more likely to click on a picture.
