I have been marketing online since 1987 (I started back in the days of BBSs using a brand new bleeding edge C=128!), and I have lost count of the number of 'Gurus' who have come along, sold heaps of crap products to the newbies and strugglers under the ruse that they would make $X,000 in 24 hours or whatever, made their millions off of the gullible, then retired rich, leaving the strugglers to struggle. "They are working every day towards making more money online than they did yesterday. Not a thousand dollars in 3 minutes, but just any sort of increase." THAT is the 'secret' to making money online right there -- find a plan that works, and STICK TO IT! It is not sexy, but if you keep at it day after day, and keep improving each day, you WILL get there. As George mentioned above, listening to the right people, and using the right tools is a big start. Just don't get suckered into buying every new 'shiny toy' that comes out every day -- the only people who get rich from these are the promoters.
