Find New Places To Build Links
When you are writing articles, doing bookmarks, maybe a feeder blog or three it is easy to get used to using the same places every time.
In fact it is important not to flit from place to place, the best idea is to find something that works and stick with it.
The problem with this is that it means you never find anywhere new, the sites you are using may be slipping in their effectiveness and you may need to do more work to get the same effect. This has happened all too often, the Internet really never does stand still.
So what can you do?
I was very excited when I found this site, I won’t pretend I discovered it all alone, Ed from RSS Rebound mentioned it on one of his blog posts and I went to look. You really should look at the RSS Rebound tool and also start following eds blog as he is a very smart cookie.
I was going to say smarter than me, but that isn’t saying much most days lately!
Anyway as I say in the video above my logic works around how if Google are indexing posts on sites super quickly they must be sending the spiders there a lot and if they are doing that they must consider it to be an important site.
Ok so my logic may be fuzzy but I am trying to prove there is method in my madness!
So if you are only going to bookmark your page to 10 sites manually you may as well do the 10 that get the most love from the Big G!
As always feel free to tell me why my logic is way off in the comments below.

Paul,
Thanks for the info and brief demonstration on target hut! I’ve never heard of it before but looks like a usful tool to aid with backlinks! Thanks again for the info and look forward to more of your informative emails!
Thanks very much for doing this Paul – yet another excellent video to help us out.
All the best
Rach
Paul,
I have received many e-mails from you and this one was intriguing because I am trying to learn how to create backlinks and where to get them so this was very useful-thank you.
You also mention Ed’s RSS rebound and I can’t grasp if his software is to find RSS feeds to link on your sites or to create your own feeds and submit it. I know you can tell I am real NEWBIE.
Your information is always useful- thanks again!
Thanks Tess
the RSS rebound program is for building rss feeds which you can then use anyway you want. Eds latest blog post explains it better than I could.
Playing with RSS feeds isn’t for everyone, but if you want to do it then I really do recommend reading anything Ed Charkow puts out there.

Hi Paul,
You are a plugin genius.
I love your plugins.
They rock!
Interesting little plugin, just stumbled over this blog but have enjoyed your videos so far
I’ll try this on a small site of mine and report back with results.
Tess and Paul,
Don’t you mean Rss Rebound? At least that’s what I think you mean.
Hi
yes, yes,yes.. we did mean RSS Rebound , see this is what happens when I don’t put brain into gear while typing!
Maybe I should see if I can persuade ed to come on skype with me and do a quick call about RSS, because I know it is one of those things that people struggle to understand.
I have edited the comments so I have the correct info in.
Paul
